Over the years, I've worked alongside Early Years practitioners and leaders who were exhausted, second-guessing themselves, or simply carrying too much alone. The ones who came with a problem and left with a perspective shift.
That experience shapes everything about how I work. I'm warm and I'm honest, and I'll ask the question you've been avoiding.
I've spent years inside Early Years settings, not observing from the outside. I know what it's like to hold safeguarding, lead a team, support struggling practitioners, and still show up the next day. I don't just bring training, I bring genuine understanding of the world you're working in.
